Meet Mark Pino

Mark Pino is part of the effort to bring a New Direction to Mullica. He was elected to Mullica Township Committee in 2025. He is one of 5 members on the Mullica Township Committee and the only Democrat. Mark oversees the Department of Administration.

Mark Pino lives in the Sweetwater section. He was born and raised in Winslow Township, where he served as a police officer and retired in 2007 with the rank of captain. After retiring, he continued to work for Comcast Corporate Security, Community College of Philadelphia Security, the Borough of Ship Bottom, and Atlantic County Emergency Management as their Deputy Coordinator. He currently works for Virtua Health Security.

Mark has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University. He and his wife Tess have five children/stepchildren, two grandchildren, and a black lab named Harper after Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper.
